Editorial Review: One size fits most. BandIT XM features a unique, non-constrictive design consisting of two soft-plastic plates curved to the shape of the forearm. The plates have soft cushioned neoprene on the insides and these rest against one's skin. The two plates are held together by a single piece of hook & loop strap which is attached with a metal rivet. It stimulates the body's natural healing process by increasing blood flow and oxygen, by reducing inflammation and muscle spasm and by producing a subtle warmth at the painful site. It is highly effective in relieving pain commonly associated with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Tendonitis. This product introduces the use of magnetic therapy. "Magna-Therapy", as it often is called, utilizes magnetic pads attached to appendage to enhance natural healing in the area of the elbow. Not completely happy, 2008-06-12
Product is adequate, and does seem to draw heat/blood to the area. However, wearing as loose as possible without it moving around as instructions suggest offers no benefit. Tighter and it is like a tournique. I have been unable to find a comfortable compromise. I would try a gel base product for compression without cutting circulation.

Tennis Elbow, 2008-05-05
I used a non-magnetic elbow support band for about a month before trying this one and the pain never got any better. Once I started using the BandIT brace, 90% of the pain is gone. I don't know if it had anything to do with the magnets, but something made my elbow feel much better.

It works for me, 2008-01-04
Magnetic therapy has been around for a while. I got this forearm band to help my Ulnar Tunnel Syndrome and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Who has any of them, he/she knows what nights look like. But since I started wearing it, it became to gradually reduce pain. Be patient since it won't start working right away. Overall, a great product at a great price.

Great product, 2007-05-14
It is really nice elbow band. I honestly don't know if the magnet did help my tennis elbow, but the band has a good design to fit well. I would recommend to buy it if you are a super-sweaty guy. As the band does not make me feel any uncomfortableness even I perspire profusely during game.
